The first voyage for Scaramouche and her novice crew finished today. The final run from Cowes into Poole Harbour was a day of choppy and blustery conditions. The crew needed to be focused to bring Scaramouche home safely to what will be her home harbour.
Just looking at the pictures it is clear that the crew are feeling more confident and assured and they have started to develop their own particular and specific roles aboard.
Tomorrow we hope to have quotes and a full write-up of the last exciting three days. For now Scaramouche and her young crew have made a good passage around the south coast and found a safe harbour…
Congratulations! Job well done!
