The Finish Line

We did it. At 01:39:19 am on Friday 11th August 2017, Scaramouche crossed the finish line of the Rolex Fastnet Race 2017.

One blown out spinnaker on the final stretch, shows we were not giving up right to the end.

This may be the finish line, but really this is just the beginning.

  1. Awesome stuff! Really thrilled for you all, a fabulous achievement for the whole school! We watched the race fleet leave last week, an impressive sight, and wished you all fair winds then. Now we wish you all the best for the future, on whatever paths you follow – you’ve proved that you can do it, whatever it is that you choose to do.
