Following the success of Scaramouche’s crew in the BKA Etchells trials earlier this year, three of our boys will be participating in the Gertrude Cup from 22nd-26th July. We will have Montel as helm, Camillo on the bow and Shabazz in the cockpit.

Throughout their Etchells sailing they have been fortunate enough to be coached by David Bedford on 5 weekends (in the freezing cold!) and then more recently by Matt Reid who sails with them.

We are hopeful that the lads recent experience offshore will help towards their Etchells campaign. Two days of training today and tomorrow should help them to readjust!
